Conectrix is a telecom management company that offers a wide range of telecom products and services to clients in and around Southern California.

We act in an agent role in that we provide all of the products and services of all the major telecom carriers, in addition to telecom vendors relating to ancillary services and equipment.


We act in a consultant's role in that we provide advisory services in and around all areas of the telecom industry.  Our knowledge and expertise is invaluable to companies that have neither the experience or the in-house manpower to make intelligent, informed decisions about telecom-related services or equipment, or need additional help in handling day to day telecom issues.


We act as a telecom expense manager with our auditing and ongoing bill validation services, providing services that allow our customers to rest, knowing that their telecom expenses are legitimate, and in line with industry standards, and their agreed upon contracts and SLA's.


We act as Customer Service representatives in that we commit to the follow through of any trouble related issues of our clients.  Whenever our clients have an issue, they need only inform us, and we handle the rest for them, eliminating the need for our clients to stay on top of issues that they don't know how to handle or just don't want to handle.
